WELCOME ANNE AND ROBIN

Anne Sirkin and Robin Brill have affiliated with Terrie O’Connor Realtors, working out of the Saddle River office. As the co-owners of Swapping Scenes, a senior and specialty move management company, Anne Sirkin and Robin Brill are sisters, friends, and a real estate sales team. As a former lawyer and project manager, Robin and Anne have decades of experience engaging with others. A passion for community engagement and relationship building and proven success in sales, fundraising, and customer service led them to partnerships in businesses that help and support others. Swapping Scenes assists older adults, their families, and others in making transitions navigate the twists, turns, and emotions involved in transitioning to new, or renewed, living environments.

Robin and Anne realize that their clients and the greater communities around them would benefit from engaging with a real estate professional that understands their needs and respects their feelings. Often the sales of clients' homes are handled by individuals that do not get to know them and are unaware of their needs. “Any move can cause stress and anxiety. For the senior moving away from their established home... filled with memories and memorabilia... it can be overwhelming.” Adding real estate to their already successful Swapping Scenes business model, Anne and Robin guide, educate and support their clients through their next transition - whether selling or buying.

A long-time Rockland County resident, Robin Brill spent years practicing law, problem-solving, brokering agreements, and building relationships even as she became a mom to her three children. Robin works with local, grassroots political organizations, engaging her community and maintaining relationships with elected officials. She sits on the Board of FairPlay, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the adaptation of toys for children with disabilities, and has served on the Orangetown Jewish Center’s Board of Trustees. Robin has been married to her husband Mitch for almost 30 years and has three amazing children.

Anne Sirkin, a resident of Hillsdale, NJ, spent 25 years designing, sourcing, and managing products and projects for the hospitality and home furnishing industries. With a love for design, color, and new experiences, she was fortunate to be able to travel around the world building and growing relationships with suppliers and clients, while also raising two wonderful children. Anne actively supports Meals on Wheels for Northern New Jersey and enjoys lingering for a chat with the clients on her route. She also volunteered as the treasurer for her children’s middle school PTA and built meaningful connections in her kids’ school community.

You can reach Robin and Anne at the Saddle River, NJ office of Terrie O'Connor Realtors. Call Anne on her cell at              732-277-6599 and Robin on her cell at 845-304-3674 or on the office line 201-934-4900. Their email is anneandrobin@tocr.com.
