As your real estate advocate, Kathy Morelli brings a strong client centered focus to her work. Kathy primarily serves Kinnelon and the surrounding areas in Morris and Passaic county. Following her love of all things real estate and home design, Kathy founded The Kenly Group along with her son, who is a local builder and the owner of Kenly Construction, LLC.

Kathy has a broad range of knowledge about the Passaic/Morris county areas as she has lived in this part of New Jersey for over 40 years including Hoboken, Parsippany, and Mount Olive; finally settling in Kinnelon for the past 23 years to work and raise her family.

Prior to becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Kathy built a thriving mental health practice located in Wayne, New Jersey, as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She served
the Wayne community and the surrounding areas with dedication and multi-faceted research-based therapeutic techniques. Kathy holds a Masters in Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University. She is now retired from counseling.
 
Apart from her real estate and mental health profession careers, Kathy is an active member of her community, doing fundraising for not-for-profits for the Women of Smoke Rise, and also helps the local Kinnelon Volunteer Fire Department in their fundraising efforts. She is an active member of the Kinnelon Gardening Club. Kathy lives in Kinnelon, New Jersey with her husband of 35 years, Bill Kenly, who is an aerospace engineer. She is the mother of Will Kenly, who went into the home building business after college.

Outside of real estate, Kathy’s interests center on mental health and wellness activities. She is an advocate for Women’s Maternal Health and has served as a volunteer and speaker for
Postpartum Support International. She is a Reiki Master, a technique she used extensively in her professional role at Mountainside Hospital's Cancer Center. In her personal life, you can often find Kathy in her garden. Kathy is a devotee of Pilates, which she practices twice a week at Tara Lynn’s Studios. She also walks daily and hikes weekly with her poodles and her husband, not necessarily in that order!

Kathy has been involved in the helping profession all of her professional life and brings this calming and caring perspective to your search for a home.
